Disney Infinity 3.0 released an official teaser poster for Ant-Man this week via the game's official Twitter account. It is true that Disney Infinity 3.0 is Star Wars-centric, but Disney holds nothing back from bringin in more than that. The Disney/Marvel family grows with the new addition of Ant-Man to the sandbox videogame collection.
IGN reports that an image on the official Disney Infinity Twitter account was released last Sunday. The image depicting the Marvel/Disney Infinity family crowding around a small figure nestled in Hulk's outstretched hand is a clear indication that Ant-Man will soon be announced as officially part of Disney Infinity's latest installment. It will only be a matter of time before Disney releases an official announcement, and perhaps an official trailer.
Disney has also been hinting of Ant-Man's addition to the Disney Infinity 3.0 family since SDCC 2015, as reported by GameRant, no doubt in preparation for the official movie release. Ant-Man is set to release in theatres this week, and has also already been confirmed to be joining the Avengers in future films.
Disney Infinity 3.0 is clearly centered on the Star Wars installment this time around, but have already been confirmed to be making additions to the growing collection of the game. Both Star Wars fans and Marvel fans certainly have a lot to be excited about with the release of the action-adventure game by the end of August. Disney Infinity 3.0 will be released in several starter pack Play Sets including Star Wars: Twilight of the Republic, Star Wars: Rise Against the Empire, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Disney/Pixar's Inside Out Play Set, and a new Marvel Play Set.
Disney Infinity 3.0 is set to be released by the end of August on PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC, iOS, Android, and Wii U systems.
