A "Star Wars VII: The Force Awakens" actual production photo was recently leaked, revealing a new creature called "Bullhead". The upcoming seventh installment of the epic space opera is slated to open in cinemas worldwide on December 18.
Ever since the completion of production has been announced at the 2015 San Diego Comic-Con last week, more and more details about the highly anticipated "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" continue to swirl up. Another leaked photo has made it out on the internet once again, revealing a creature that will appear in the upcoming film according to Fan Sided. This time, it is a never-before-seen, actual production picture which unveils what appears to be an alien called "Bullhead".
Making Star Wars has earlier noted that the 'Bullhead' was a creature designed for the series that was not given an approval for production. The outlet has even released a few sketches of the creature in different concepts such as a 'Rebel Base' technician, a pilot, and as a speeder bike thug. But recently, Star Wars 7 News has released an actual production photo, claiming that the "Bullhead" actually made it to the final cut.
Star Wars 7 News reports that the Bullhead character is slated to appear in the upcoming "Star Wars: The Force Awakens", noting that the background of the production image matches with the Resistance Base that was shot at Greenham Common. This was the same base that was featured on the Behind-the-seen video that was released in the San Diego Comic-Con, particularly during the interview part of the footage. It is also very similar to the concept art that Making Star Wars has earlier reported.
Of course director JJ Abrams and the helmers of the upcoming film still have not made a comment about the photo, considering the tight secrecy the film is trying to maintain. Thus, this can only be confirmed when "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" opens in theaters this December 18.
The film stars Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver ("While We're Young", "Hungry Hearts"), Lupita Nyong'o ("12 Years a Slave", "Non-Stop"), Gwendoline Christie ("Game of Thrones"), Oscar Isaac ("Ex Machina", "A Most Violent Year"), Harrison Ford ("Age of Adeline", "Ender's Game"), Carrie Fisher("Wishful Thinking", "Fanboys"), Andy Serkis ("The Hobbit", "Rise of the Planet Apes"), and Peter Mayhew.
