'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' is an upcoming continuation of the 'Star Wars' franchise set 30 years after events of the film 'Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi'. New images from the production set had been leaked as well as concept art and sketches. Actress Carrie Fisher is also said to be writing a new book divulging her experiences during her years filming 'Star Wars'.
In an article by Making Star Wars, new images leaked from the production set of the upcoming movie showed the Resistance Bay. It also possibly revealed details of Luke Skywalker's home planet. It was speculated that Luke's planet is totally different from where Resistance Bay is located basing on the consecutive listed day and night shots.
According to Starwars7news.com, an unknown character's concept art has also been leaked online through the website TheForce.net. It was said to be for a brand new character to be added in the movie and would go by the name Bullhead. It was reported that Bullhead is an X-wing pilot most likely coming from the planet Jakku. Earlier speculations believed that the early sketches were never approved, however, the character had already been revealed through an actual photo on-set and fans could expect to see more of him very soon.
The seventh installment in the Lucasfilm's 'Star Wars' big screen series will have a massive star-studded cast including the iconic original members playing Han Solo, Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia. Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher are set to reprise their roles to the delight of fans worldwide. The latter is also reported to write a book on her filming experiences with the 'Star Wars' cast and crew.
According to Dork Side of the Force, the celebrated actress and pop culture icon is writing a book based on her experiences while filming the 'Star Wars' film franchise. The reports began when she posted a photo of what seemed to be a manuscript with 'Blue Diary One' written on it on her Twitter account last July 3. She followed this up with several tweeted photographs of pages with handwritten notes all over what looked to be her personal diary. In the article was another of Fisher's tweets that said, "I'm editing the diaries I kept while filming a science fiction film in London in 1976..I mean, unless you think it's too personal to publish." The reveals of her potential memoir has already caused a stir online among die-hard fans of the franchise.
'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' is the continuation of creator George Lucas' epic science-fiction saga under the direction of J. J. Abrams. It is set for release on December 18, 2015.
