According to Movie News Guide, at the midst of their divorce rumors, DeGeneres and De Rossi have already thought of renewing their vows. This time, the 57-year-old talk show host wanted everyone to witness it. DeGeneres believes that the wedding event, which will be featured on TV will be a big hit. She expects to attract 20 million viewers when it will be aired.
Earlier, a source revealed that DeGeneres and De Rossi have been arguing on several issues that are often left unsettled. An insider told In Touch via Gossip Cop that the talk show host really wanted to end their seven years of marriage, but she doesn't want to be alone.
"Ellen's been unhappy with Portia for a while and wants out. Why hasn't she pulled the plug? "Ellen hates to be alone," the source told In Touch. "She's never broken up with anyone unless she has someone waiting for her, and she's not interested in anyone right now."
The International Business Times reports in April that some rumors claim that DeGeneres' controlling behavior seems to be one of the reasons why the Australian-American actress wants to split with the famed host. The site also reported that there are some claims that it was actually the 57-year-old who is calling it quits.
Meanwhile, DeGeneres apparently feels that though the planned "Big, Gay Wedding" will be a hit, and it will be a fulfillment of her long time dream to stream her wedding on "Ellentube," she's a bit hesitant that she is somewhat forced to represent the LGBT sector after gay marriage has been legalized.
DeGeneres and De Rossi divorce rumors are nothing new. Since the two married in 2008, rumors about their split started surfacing in 2013. They two remained quiet on the breakup issue. Some sources say that "Big, Gay Wedding" could completely put an end to the unending controversy.
