Chris Brown's Baby Mama Nia Guzman recently requested a judge to only permit the singer to come near their 1-year-old daughter Royalty when she's with somebody. The "supervised visitation" lawsuit filed by Baby Mama comes after the crooner filed paternity claims for joint custody.
According to the legal documents, Baby Mama, 31, demands full custody of their daughter because she believes that Breezy is too irresponsible to care for Royalty. TMZ reveals that she thinks that Royalty is not safe with her 26-year-old father who is involved several drug-related issues.
According to Hollywood Life, the singer will definitely be distraught if the court approves Baby Mama's appeal.
"He goes to bed every night crying, thinking about his daughter and when he awakes, she's the first thing on his mind," an insider told the magazine.
Last month, Brown apparently refuted to give $10,000 per month child support agreement he signed in after Royalty was sent to his mother Joyce Hawkins, according to Daily Mail.
It seems that Guzman don't trust Brown now after he was involved in a frightening July 15 robbery attack in his home where his aunt was tied down. Apparently, Baby Mama strongly believes that the singer is a member of a gang or is gang-affiliated.
Latest reports revealed that the people who attacked Brown's residence are members of the "Bloods gang" who are friends of the singer.
Breezy admitted to the public through his Instagram post in April that he is the father of Royalty. During the time, he was in relationship with Karrueche Tran. After his high-profile admission, Tran immediately broke off with him.
Apart from series of gang-related issues and drugs, Brown also hurt his then-girlfriend, Rihanna in 2009 that resulted to her injuries, which Guzman thinks all these issues make him not an ideal father for their daughter.
In BET Awards on June 28 Brown spoke in the crowd that a lot has changed in his life. He committed a lot of mistakes but he learned a lot of lessons. However, he is thankful most for his daughter Royalty.
