Daredevil is no longer alone in saving his city Hell's Kitchen from people who wants to abuse and destroy it like the character of Wilson Fisk. Daredevil becomes part of The Defenders with Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist in Marvel's Daredevil comes 2016 according to Netflix.
Inspired by The Avengers, Netflix comes out with its own group of Marvel heroes:The Defenders which is one of the highlights of Daredevil Season 2. According to Movieplot, Netflix would air a stand alone series for Jessica Jones played by actress Krysten Ritter, Luke Cage with lead actor Mike Colterafter and Iron Fist which lead actor is yet to be announced before finally airing the second season of Daredevil now Marvel's Daredevil in 2016.
In the second season of Daredevil, The Defenders will come together as a team. But aside from the three, Gospel Herald reports that Elektra and The Punisher are showing up too. Elektra would be portayed by actress Elodie Yung while The Punisher would be portrayed by actor Jon Bernthal. COO Ted Sarandos reveals that Daredevil will develop affection with Elektra while The Punisher clashes with him for revenge.
With the coming of the new heroes in Daredevil 2, former executive producer Steven DeKnight, assures the fans of Daredevil that the new heroes to be incorporated in the second season are the closest depiction of Marvel and asserts that the new season is in good hands.
Matthew Murdock, the Daredevil, will remain to be portrayed by Charlie Cox in its second season. Matthew in this series is still the lawyer-by-day and devil by night hero. A man who steps out of his limit to give America two pictures of justice. But in the newest season, Daredevil seeks justice with Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist and Elektra.
Marvel's Daredevil will be out late 2016 in Netflix.
