Assassin's Creed the movie is underway and director Justin Kurzel revealed what fans can expect from the upcoming film. Meanwhile, Michael Fassbender explained why it took quite some time before the movie was pushed through.
Justin Kurzel is set to direct the upcoming movie adaptation of the widely popular Assassin's Creed game series. He also added that it will center on the original focus of the film which was about Desmond Miles who connects and explore the mind of his ancestor,
"The whole idea of memories and the whole idea of we are made up of who comes before us and within us we carry the DNA of our ancestors and we have access to those ancestors and they somehow speak to who we are now-that is just an incredibly strong, human kind of curious thing," he said, as reported by Movie News Guide. He also added that the same idea in the game caused for it to have such following, with up to over ninety million players.
Meanwhile, after several years of waiting, a 2016 release date has finally been slated for the upcoming film which is set to begin in September.
