It's been weeks since the latest Diablo 3 Patch 2.3.0 was put to the Public Test Realm, and is still currently on it, but Blizzard gives us the details on the game content's updates, which includes info about new and revised sets.
All in all, Diablo 3 Patch 2.3.0 will bring about 2 updated existing sets, and three new ones. The Witch Doctor, the Crusader, and the Monk will be getting a new set each. The Crusader will have the Seeker of the Light set, the Witch Doctor will be having the Spirit of Arachyr, while the Monk will have Uliana's Strategem. Aside from this, there will be better set versions for the Wizard and the Witch Doctor. Check out the Diablo 3 Patch 2.3.0 preview video as shared by Game Spot.
In the new patch, players will be able to use endless Blessed Hammers against their enemies after plunging upon them with the Falling Sword. The Spirit of Arachyr, on the other hand, will let the Witch Doctor enhance the poisoning ability of the Hex and Corpse Spiders. Aside from this, PC Gamer notes that the two older sets that will be updated in the patch is the Wizard Vyr's Amazing Arcana, and Witchy's Helltooth Harness.
An adventure mode will also be added in the 2.3.0 Patch. The crafting items have been improved, a new zone was added, the rewards that have been yielded from the bounties have been revised, there were changes made to Rifts, the Infernal machinations are getting the necessary tweaks, and lastly, the latest patch will have updated and new Legendary items to help players kill their enemies in a definite manner. Inquisitr reports that some new items will only be available when the patch goes live. Apparently, the season-only items will only be used for seasonal characters while the season is active on PC. The new loot will then be available to non-seasonal characters when the season is over. Players may have access to these new items right after 2.3 launches.
There isn't any announcements yet regarding the release date of the Diablo 3 update but gamers are expecting that it will be released before the end of August. The update is said to be coming soon on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Windows PC.
