It's time to party! The Sims 4 will have a "Get Together" at a Club in Windenburg this November. EA/Maxis will release this series' DLC, a long overdue follow-up on its previous expansion "Get to Work."
According to the Day Herald, the new world will be called Windenburg, slightly based on some European cities in its style and presentation. Players who keep requesting for new content and variety will "love" this new environment and the numerous activities that can be explored around.
From building houses, partying, playing foosball, and swimming (yes! swimming in rivers) - all these can be done around a mixture of rural and urban places in Windenburg. And of course, a get-together is somewhat synonymous with clubbing. Sims can now invest in a club and go clubbing at the same time. Now that's literally mixing business with pleasure. Only at Sims!
The Sims 4 DLC also introduces the two new skillsets - Dancing and DJing skills. According to Christian Today, "while Dancing will only help player Sims socialize with their peers, DJing can be used to both boost the player's own Club and raise popularity among friends. It is unclear at this point if there will be additional skillsets offered when the expansion is released."
And this Sims 4 Get Together will not only be limited to the Clubs and pubs. Players can party anywhere else in the map, including in the ancient ruins of Windenburg. Players can sneak in an Underground Disco and make bonfire parties. Or, they could "get lost" in the bushes and do another WooHoo session.
Some players might not welcome and are not that interested about this game mod. WooHoo is an interaction which started out in Sims 2, a euphemism for intimate contact. WooHooing will boost the social and fun motives of both Sims. But, you can simply do away with it, and just enjoy the rest of the Sims game.
Undoubtedly, Sims fans will get wild about this new expansion, as there are a host of interaction activities that can be tapped in the game. Sims 4 Get Together is another request made by Sims fans and granted by EA/Maxis.
The Sims 4 expansion pack has no release date yet, but pre-orders are already up for both PC and Mac.
