Reports have it that Nick Gordon is still investigated for the Jan. 31 incident that led to Bobbi Kristina's death. He remains free, but it doesn't mean that he's not guilty of anything. A new report claims that authorities are just gathering all the evidences, witnesses and facts to present the findings.

The Houstons and the Browns have been at odds for years, but since Bobbi Kristina was found unconscious on Jan.31, the families have one common denominator. They believe that Gordon is responsible for the unfortunate death of Bobby Brown and late Whitney Houston's daughter, Celeb Dirty Laundry reports.

In the recent report by the National Enquirer via Radar Online, the tabloid posted photos of Gordon visiting his former girlfriend. According to the tabloid, those photos of Gordon at Bobbi's grave site have infuriated both families and have united them to put pressure on Georgia law enforcement and Fulton County prosecutors to lock Nick Gordon up for his crimes.

Things have stepped a gear when the 81-year-old grandmother of Bobbi learned that Gordon went to New Jersey to Bobbi's grave site. "Only 14 days before Cissy was there to bury her beloved grandchild next to the grave of her tragic daughter, Whitney Houston," a source told the tabloid. "Cissy still can't come to grips with 'Krissi' being dead -- and when she heard Nick went there, she collapsed in grief.

Last week, reports claimed that Gordon was offered by paparazzi $40,000 in exchange of the photos taken during his visit to Bobbi Kristina. An insider said that he was there to face his demons. Gordon needs closure to say goodbye, according to International Business Times.

In June, Gordon was accused of domestic abuse and stealing at least $11,000 from his Bobbi's bank accounts while she was in a coma. However, in an amended 13-page lawsuit, more charges was filed against him including calling her "whore," and giving her toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious, leading to her brain damage, E! News reports.

Up to now, Nick Gordon remains free as no criminal charges have been filed against him. Police are still weighing up and investigating the Jan. 31 case including all the witnesses, evidences and motives to the sensational death of Bobbi Kristina Brown.
