The Apple's latest iPhone 6s and Phone 6s Plus were finally announced and most of its features have seen precisely rumored. Both iPhones have also been upgraded to 2GB of RAM along with new and redesigned features.

The Fast Company reports that the latest iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s plus appear almost similar to the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. The iPhone 6s said to come in 4.7-inch while the phablet 6s Plus comes in 5.5-inch.

However, though the handset's external design appears identical, Apple took its past Bendgate matters to heart and constructed the latest iPhones as a new Apple custom 7000 series aluminum, that should come tougher even without getting any weightier.

The new S-series are reported to have Silver, Gold, Space Gray, and new Rose Gold colors.The new iPhones also sport an upgraded "A9" processor which the company said made them up to twice as fast.

According to Macworld, the last year's iPhones were only equipped with 1GB RAM. But now, the latest iPhone 6s and 6s Plus are reported to get an upgraded 2GB of onboard RAM.

A report from Know your mobile reveals that the only thing that has improved with iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus is its 3D touch that is considered everything. This feature said to permit users to interact with iPhone in completely new and fun way. According to Philip Schiller, (Apple's senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing) the advanced Live Photos carries your pictures to life.

Furthermore, the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus are the most innovative iPhones ever for featuring 7000 series aluminium, ion-strengthened glass and the new 64-bit A9 chip. It also boasts a 12-megapixel insight and 5-megapixel FaceTime HD cameras, faster Touch ID, LTE and Wi-Fi.

One of the great features is supposed to be its display tech while not so much in terms of its size, resolution and image quality. Since its still remains as an IPS Retina 4.7in and 5.5-in panel for the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus separately, and a similar 1335x720p and 1920x1080p resolutions.

Last September 12, the iPhone 6s and 6s have already opened its pre-ordering procedures and scheduled to go on sale on September 25.
