Few more weeks to go before the grand premiere of the 24th installment in the James Bond film, Spectre, as part of the CTBF Royal Film Performance 2015.
The "Spectre" team has invited the Royal family for the screening. On a status update posted on Twitter by the Kensington Palace, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry have confirmed their attendance. "The Duke and Duchess and Prince Harry will attend the world premiere of #SPECTRE in aid of @thectbf on Oct 26."
According to an article on the Telegraph, the CTBF is an annual charity event which supports the UK film, cinema and commercial television industries, especially to the crew who are working under personal catastrophe.
Michael Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, "Spectre" producers, expressed their utmost admiration that the Royal family will attend the Royal Film Performance and they are delighted for the recipient of the event. For the very first time, the movie will also hit the theaters in in UK and Ireland on the same night.
Meanwhile, during an interview with The Guardian, Monica Belluci, leading lady of James Bond (Daniel Craig) in "Spectre", talked about her character. When people said she is Bond's oldest love interest, she renounced the appellation yet willingly accepted her age and womanhood. In the interview, she explained that the Hollywood ageism is not observed in Paris. Unlike in the Hollywood, actresses in Paris are still given the chance to play tough and hot roles even at an exceeding age of 20.
Moreover, she insisted that she is way too matured to be a Bond girl and she much prefer to be called Bond lady or Bond woman. For her, being a Bond lady is an amazing experience and she is proud of it. And in all actuality, James Bond is the most amazing man, simply because he does not exist.
The world premiere is scheduled on October 26, 2015 and, at the same time, it will be released in UK. "Spectre" will be out in the US on November 8. Are you excited?
