Rumors about a romance between Xenia Deli and Justin Bieber sparked after the former Victoria's Secret model appeared in the pop star's new single "What Do You Mean?." Instead of confirming the gossip, the 25-year-old Xenia Deli talked about how Bieber led her closer to God.
Deli told People how excited she was to meet Bieber in the said buzzed-about clip. "I met him the first day of the shoot when I was in the makeup chair. He came into the room and was like, 'Hi, how are you?'" Xenia described her first encounter with Bieber where she was impressed.
Deli also talked about her fear on shooting with the Canadian singer and how it disappeared when he saw how simple, funny, and nice the singer is. She noticed the many emotions inside Bieber during their time together. "I wasn't actually surprised because he taught me a lot about God - he was teaching me I should learn" Xenia added.
The model expressed how she admires Biever's religious beliefs and deep soul. "He told me to remember one thing: that God is love," she said. "He doesn't get upset, he doesn't punish us for anything. He's only about love. He loves us how we are." Xenia believes that the hallmark of Justin's faith is acceptance. According to her, Bieber hangs out with celebrity pastor and a mutual friend Pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr. together with Selena Gomez.
As for the making of the video, Xenia told Access Hollywood that it was an amazing filming experience with The Biebs. Part of the music video is a sexy clip where the Moldovan fashion model rocks lingerie and moves her tongue up to Biebs' bare chest which took two days in order to shoot. Another clip required both of them to jump out of a high building where Xenia needed a stunt double.
