Apple Inc. will release its newest flagship device, the iPhone 6s, which will keep the company on the top spot.
The iPhone 6s will arrive this coming September 25, as per Apple's press release last Monday. Probably the most advanced iPhone ever, it will be available at Apple's retail stores and as always, customers will flock earlier waiting to purchase their own units. The iPhone 6s and 6s Plus will also be available on Friday from carriers such as AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and other carriers as well as selected Apple authorized resellers.
Apple's Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing Philip Schiller said, "Customer response to the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus has been incredibly positive, we can't wait to get our most advanced iPhones ever into customers' hands starting this Friday."
According to The Verge, Apple's task every year is to release a new iPhone with better enhancements to justify a smartphone upgrade, a new purchase or a switch from another brand of smartphone. This year, Apple Inc. has done its job again as it will release iPhone 6s, adding core new features which include a screen that detects the weight of your touch and uses that knowledge to make navigation much easier and faster.
One of the most important new features of the iPhone 6s is its multi-touch screen which reacts to the force of your finger - a new system-wide capability. This feature is called 3D Touch.
Another notable enhancement is on its camera and this device is said to be faster than ever without compromising battery life.
Trusted Reviews published a review about the iPhone 6s and it turned to be almost perfect as it garnered a rating of 9/10. The article praised Apple for the iPhone 6S' 4.7-inch screen, good all-round camera, awesome performance and great new software features. However, some drawback were noted which include shorter battery life than its rivals as well as its expensive price tag.
With these new features and positive reviews, the iPhone 6s will definitely keep Apple Inc. on the top spot.
