Kylie Jenner is facing a lawsuit from a certain Chelsea Clark who claims that the "Keeping Up With The Kardashian" star has been harassing her for three years. The 17-year-old complainant claims Kylie has been threatening, stalking, and bullying her due to her relationship with Kylie's previous rumoured boyfriend, Jaden Smith.
According to a report from TMZ, Kylie Jenner has 'supposedly' been on a 3-year campaign to get revenge on a rival that has been after Jaden Smith's heart. 17-year-old Chelsea Clark claims Kylie was mad at her because Jaden wanted to be with Chelsea and not Kylie.
The unknown teen then filed a case against the 18-year-old celebrity, claiming Kylie had been cyber bullying her through social media which lead to Kylie stating "This is war." According to the complainant, things got so bad that Kylie even called her saying, "Leave my boyfriend alone cause you will never be like me."
In another report from International Business Times, the 17-year-old stated in the documents she filed at court, "For the last 2-3 months she [Jenner] and her group have planned car accidents that I've been in and threatened to kill me multiple time through her friends and close family members."
According to Clark, Jaden Smith wanted to be in a relationship with her after things didn't work out with him and Kylie; the teen also stated that after Kylie found out, she started assaulting and harassing her. Apparently, the court told Clark to present the said threatening messages at the court last Monday;however, she never turned up.
In a report from the Mirror UK, Chelsea also requested a restraining order to keep the Jenner away from her; the court denied the request though and set the court appearance instead, which Clark failed to attend. A new hearing has been set for October 9, however it's not sure yet whether Kylie will appear.
Reps of the teen queen slammed the accusations stating Kylie has no idea who Chelsea Clark is; other sources have also claimed the 18-year-old celebrity is devastated of the accusations and is worried she's being portrayed as a bully. Reps for Jaden Smith also confirmed the young Smith has no idea who Chelsea is.
Though little information is still known of Chelsea Clark, with the hearing only a few weeks ahead, it's expected more information on the story will be revealed. Kylie Jenner has been contacted for comments on the situation and whether she intends on attending the court hearing. As for now, with Chelsea failing to provide the court the said threatening messages, many are doubtful that there is any truth in the complainant's story.
