The upcoming episodes for the week starting September 28 of "The Young and the Restless" (Y&R) will see tensions rise between the Newmans and Abbotts as Victor calls in the FBI to arrest the Abbotts. Later in the week, Billy gets arrested. Will more Abbotts fall if they do not give in to Victor's demands?
According to Soapshows, Victor prepares his family and himself for an all-out-war and will be even more ruthless as he will stop at nothing to make the Abbotts pay. He desperately wants to regain everything he lost and protect whatever he has left. Meanwhile, a vicious attack on Genoa City will leave one man severely injured.
Marisa finds out that not even honesty can save her relationship with Noah. She breaks down and reveals everything that happened with Jack, Marco and Victor. Noah cannot believe what he hears and realizes how much he has been betrayed. He regrets his involvement in the Paragon Project and requests Ian to shut it down.
Meanwhile, Kevin figures that Ian Ward is behind Paragon Project with another person who helped Ian in the cyber attack on the Newmans. This mystery person is at the penthouse next to Adam and Chelsea's. When Kevin reveals this to the couple, they are shocked and Adam decides to protect himself. When Chelsea sees Adam coming out of the penthouse next to theirs, she accuses him of being behind the Paragon Project. She begins to question everything she knows about the man who claims to love her.
A SheKnows article reports that Dylan makes some progress and discovers significant information about Hilary's disappearance. He and Kevin discover more clues that take them closer to finding Hilary. Everyone in the search is shocked when they learn that Hilary is in Genoa City. Unknown to Dylan, Gwen is also hot on the trail of the kidnapper.
Yibada reveals that Devon is taken into custody again but not for the reason everyone thinks. Summer makes a shocking realization that leads Phyllis on a hot trail to find out who "Fred" really is. Summer isn't alone in her panic about Ian Ward being back in Genoa City.
