Chinese electronics companies are currently in the loop to produce quality smartphones and other devices for consumers. Two of these companies are Xiaomi and Meizu, which both launch their latest handsets just recently.
Xiaomi is a privately owned Chinese electronics company in Beijing, China. Its latest handset, Xiaomi Mi 4c, was successfully launched last week, September 22. As previously reported by VCPost, this smartphone is an advanced version of the Xiaomi Mi 4i. It sports higher-end specifications as well as new things under the hood.
Moreover, Mi 4c sports a 1.8GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 hexa-core processor, 5-inch full HD Sharp/ JDI display, Android 5.1-based MIUI v7.0 operating system, and 2GB of RAM. It also supports USB Type-C, features 3120mAh battery, 4G LTE network support, 13-megapixel primary camera, and 5-megapixel secondary camera.
The release of Xiaomi Mi 4c in Beijing was remarkable. Xiaomi's competitor, Meizu, scheduled the same hotel and held a pre-launch of its new handset on the same day.
Meizu is a Chinese consumer electronics company based in Guangdong, China. It officially launched its latest flagship handset, called Meizu Pro 5 on the same day as the Xiaomi Mi 4c was released.
Meizu Pro 5 is expected to be the most-advanced smartphone by the company. It offers features and specifications that impress any buyer, which include a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display with 1080 by 1920 pixel screen resolution. Its processor is rumored to come from Samsung and it is equipped with the Exynos 7420 chipset, which is the same chip that powers the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Note 5.
In addition, it comes with an all-metal design with a 2.5D curved glass, Android 5.1 Lollipop with Flyme 5 UI, 21.16 megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX 230 CMOS sensor, and a 5-megapixel front snapper. Color options will be gold, grey, silver, and black in either 3GB of RAM in 32GB or 4GB of RAM in 64GB variants.
On the whole, these devices consist of top-of-the-line materials that every user deserves. If one has Xiaomi Mi 4c and the other owns Meizu Pro 5, both will enjoy an ultimate smartphone experience.
