Jennifer Lopez may be in trouble after the business partner of her ex-husband recently made a statement saying a sex tape of the celebrity will soon be released. Lopez has apparently been battling over the same case for over six years; however, after recently withdrawing her claims from a confidentiality agreement she once had with former husband Ojani Noa, Jennifer is now left defenseless.
According to Perez Hilton, ex-husband Ojani Noa and business partner Ed Meyer are planning on releasing a sex tape that includes various other personal videos from his 11-month marriage with Jennifer Lopez. Both Meyer and Noa believe they have found a legal way to release the footage leaving J-Lo no chance of putting up a fight to stop the release.
In a report from the The Daily Beast, Ed Meyer released a statement to 'In Touch' stating, "We are going to produce a DVD and also have a streaming release of the J. Lo home video footage." Ojani Noa's business partner then added, "There is revealing video of her with a lack of clothing and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel footage from the honeymoon."
Mirror Online also reported that Meyer added, "The videos contain salacious material and are going to shock her fans," firmly adding, "We have unfinished business." The news of the 'sex tape' came back to haunt the celebrity after J-Lo withdrew her claims last July over an agreement she had with her former husband regarding the confidentiality of their marriage. The agreement once stated that neither party were allowed to release or discuss any personal matters that happened between them while they were married.
Though Jennifer Lopez and Ojani Noa were only married for 11 months way back in 1997, it seems the famous celebrity's ex hasn't moved on, or is simply after his former wife's money. It's not sure whether the statements of these two fiends are true; however, with the previous legal cases J-Lo has had over the years with Ojani, chances of him telling the truth is very high.
