"Arrow" Season 4 will be revealing new villains as shown on the just-released teaser trailer. Oliver vows to fight for his city despite being blamed of bringing in the monsters that the city continues to battle.

According to TV Over Mind, Damien Darhk brings more destruction and danger to Star City. Captain Lance blames Oliver regarding the existence of villains saying, "You brought madness into all of our lives, and the monster you were inspired monsters." He even suggested that Green Arrow should just say goodbye to the city. However, Oliver, wearing his full Green Arrow suit, said that the Star City should never descend into hopelessness and later vows he will protect the city and its inhabitants.

Also shown in the teaser trailer is Diggle wearing a new helmet as well as Black Canary and Speedy, Comic Book shared. Echo Kellum playing Michael Holt was seen in a quick shot and will be introduced in upcoming episodes as Mister Terrific.

Meanwhile, Den Of Geek reported that the headquarters of Team Arrow will be much fancier as compared to previous seasons. Marc Guggenheim shared in a recent interview, "One of the fun things about this lair is that as opposed to one big space, where everyone would congregate, it's now a much larger space divided up into smaller spaces." He added that Felicity now has space for work while Oliver will have his own area for working out.

The publication also dished that the title for "Arrow" Season 4 episode 1 will be "Green Arrow" and episode 2 will be entitled, "The Candidate."

"Arrow" Season 4 will see a new look for the headquarters of Team Arrow as well as the introduction of new characters such as Damien Darhk and Mister Terrific. Catch the new episodes of The CW series on October 7, Wednesday.
