However, right after the particular footage was released, his friends dismissed the claims that the "What Do You Mean" singer is leaving his sobriety adding that it was just a one-time happening.
Riff Raff defended Bieber in the latest allegations by saying that he believes that his friend is clear-headed despite the smoking and boozing dramas. The latest news comes after Riff Raff told TMZ that the 21-year-old Calvin Klein model was with him and Diplo in Hollywood last week. He claimed that he and Diplo were "f**** up," but Bieber was sober because he "didn't touch anything -- weed, alcohol, nothing."
In the video, which was released on Oct. 4, Bieber was seen drinking from a Hennessey bottle while smoking pot onstage. Riff Raff was quick to defend the singer claiming that his friend "may have fallen off the wagon that night," but he thinks that it's just a "one-time thing," according to Celeb Dirty Laundry. His fans may be dismayed again to know that he is not really serious about his earlier claims that he is a totally changed man now.
This year, the "Boyfriend" hitmaker made headlines in the social media when he shared an emotional video showing how he regrets his run-in's with the law and how troubled his life was. He claimed that he is a better person now with the help of his friend, pastor Carl Lentz, Music Times reports via INQUISITR.
"There's no one just looks up to more than Carl. He's had a huge influence on him," a source said. "They spoke at length about how he can get his life and career back on track and both agreed that getting rid of alcohol and drugs was the natural first step. Justin has made promises like this before but this time we all genuinely believe he is clean.
