Far Cry Primal by Ubisoft is a masterpiece in the making by Ubisoft. The title is known to drift away quite drastically from the past installments, and fans deserve the right to know exactly the entirety of the up and coming expansion.
According to Express, Far Cry Primal is a much more distinct approach compared to the previous games of the Far Cry franchise. One of the first things that players have to be aware of with the said title is that it will not have firearms, as some players may expect from a normal first-person viewed game.
Delivered by Digital Spy, Far Cry Primal will take place during the Stone Age, dating back to about 10,000 BC. The main point that the title looks to imply in the expansion is that during this time, man is not the top of the food chain, and must go through drastic survival methods in order to survive.
The primitive man species of man in the series must go through the challenges of the prehistoric animals of the said era, such as woolly mammoths, saber-tooth tigers and bears alike. Moreover, there will be rivalling tribes that will be an opposition in the near future as well.
Far Cry Primal is considered as one of the more intriguing games by Ubisoft, this has been said to not be the first spin-off, as it has been done in the past. This installment, however, is designed for a more serious approach that will make another mark in the Far Cry saga. The interesting plot wherein players are only equipped with merely spears and bows makes the expansion a lot more intriguing to deal with, both for the veteran players and those that will most likely try the game for the first time.
As reported by Asia PC Mag, Far Cry Primal will not come out anytime within this year, but rather on February 23, 2016 for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The PC version, however, will be launched on March of the same year.
Far Cry Primal and its first launch is exactly 15 months after Far Cry 4 was released. Stay tuned for further updates on the Ubisoft's hit upcoming Stone Age-themed title.
