It has only been around 3 months since Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert finalized their divorce but the two have already bounced back and have been moving forward with their respective lives.
Miranda Lambert has found inspiration in the breakup. According to US Magazine, she voice out how things are going in her life while attending her Music City Walk of Fame Induction Ceremony on in Nashville last Tuesday. She told the crowd, "I've never felt more inspired. I listen to live music or I've written music basically every single day for the whole summer and it was my first summer off the road and I've never felt more ready to make music and learn from music and learn from songwriters."
Not only is Miranda back in the city where she got her start after joining Nashville Star, there is a new significant being in her life. She recently adopted a black and gray stray kitten and shared a photo of the feline on Instagram. As a supporter of animal rights, she decided to keep the cat as a new member of her family.
On the other hand, Blake Shelton, the one who filed the divorce, is doing just fine. According to Extra, he has turn the dark times brought by the split into positive energy. The country singer is also reported to be relying on his close friends and family for support. A close friend of Blake reportedly revealed in the latest People Magazine issue, "There's been a silver lining for Blake. He has the time to take care of himself and he's taken positive steps in his life to spend time with friends and family."
In a recent appearance on CMT's "Top 20 Countdown." He reportedly told the host Katie Cook, "I'm in a good place and I wasn't, but I am now." But unlike Miranda who has been busy writing music, Blake is constantly rumored to be flirting on and off screen with fellow The Voice coach Gwen Stefani.
Both Miranda and Blake seem to have bounced back high from the split. Miranda finds inspiration from the divorce while Blake faces hard times with positive energy.
