ZTE Nubia X8 Photos Leaked Again: Specs, Features, Unveiling Soon?

New leaked photos of the rumored ZTE Nubia X8 has been spotted. The Chinese smartphone maker hasn't confirmed the phone yet, but it might join all the other new phones in time for the holiday season.

Several photos have been leaked throughout the week. This time, the photos provide new details on the device's body construction and design.

As seen in the leaked images of the ZTE Nubia X8 on Android Headlines, the new phone has a gold color and an all-metal body similar to its predecessors. It could also feature thin black bezels, instead of the usual design with no bezels in the display.

The new photos are blurry and the bezels can't clearly be seen. However, there are other physical features that can be noticed.

The ZTE Nubia X8 seems to have the same red colored home button, several sensors and of course the two cameras. In addition, it seems to have touch-sensitive volume up and down buttons on the side.

Besides the physical features and design of the phone, the specs of the new phone have also leaked. For starters, it could feature at least a 5.5-inch display, according to Phone Arena. It could also be a QHD display with 1440 x 2560 pixels.

For the processor, there isn't any news yet. Considering that it has 4GB RAM, it should hold at least a 64-bit octacore processor. No updates on whether it will be from Qualcomm or MediaTek.

Previous phones such as the ZTE Nubia Z7 Max, Nubia Z9 and the Axon Elite all use Qualcomm's Snapdragon SoCs. There is a good chance that the Nubia X8 could also follow the same line.

Good news also accompanies the leaked photos. The images also include a promotional banner, which includes a date: October 15. It is expected to be the reveal date of the phone, according to GSM Arena.

The phone is also rumored to have a fingerprint reader, which could point out that it will run Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. In addition, the new version was also release along with Google's new LG Nexus 5X and Huawei Nexus 6P.
