Tekken 7 is one of Bandai Namco's bread and butter for this year, apart from the fact that Tekken X Street Fighter is pretty well on its way. As the game has a massive community of gamers willing to spend their time and money at their local malls and arcades, there are still numerous fans who question the probability of the game's console release-hoping that it will, indeed, be sooner than later.
As delivered by Vine Report, since the release of Tekken 7 for the arcades earlier this year, there's been a wide pandemonium that has transpired across the community of long-time and upcoming players. Coming from the 4-year long reign of Tekken Tag Tournament 2, Bandai Namco's Tekken 7 has conducted multiple competitions rather early, giving handsome prizes for those who end up victorious. One of them would be the upcoming at the Paris Games Week wherein the champion will go to Japan for an even bigger stage.
According to Christian Today, as great as the Tekken franchise has become, the arcades may not always be the case for most players. The experience earned in an open society was considered worthwhile but the household convenience is still dominant among all who enjoy the 3D fighting game.
Bandai Namco has not issued any statements yet as to when the arcade version will come out-players, however, are hoping that it will be on a reasonable time length as not to cross paths with the upcoming Tekken X Street Fighter title.
It was reported by Parent Herald that since the game is only transpiring at an early phase, there are still a handful of characters missing-some of which are from the original roster since the first installment. Rumors have circulated that Kuma II, the son of the classic grizzly bear character Kuma, will be part of the team. The Williams sisters Anna and Nina were also speculated on making their respective returns.
Tekken 7 is already rampant in most Asian country arcades such as Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore. The arcade release is still a question mark as of the moment, so stay tuned for further updates.
