Samsung Electronics is expected to release the Galaxy Tab S Pro this October. Also known as the Galaxy View, it will reportedly boast a display of 18.4-inch making it a giant tablet.
The Christian Post reported that the Galaxy Tab S Pro was supposed to feature a Super AMOLED display that was larger than 12 inches. It was also said to be used for both work and learning related purposes. The rumors that the Tab S Pro will be larger than 12 inches was proved to be true, although the information is far from truly giving an idea of what the device would finally be.
Furthermore, during this year's IFA event, Samsung showed some teaser on the Galaxy View, the same device that had been known as the Galaxy Tab S Pro earlier in 2015.
According to an article by Master Herald, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S Pro that is also known as the Galaxy View, is foreseen to be a game changer as it will arrive sporting 18.4-inch display. This device will come with a remarkable hardware featuring a 64-bit octa-core Exynos 7580 processor clocking at 1.6GHz, with 2GB of RAM. As for its storage, the Galaxy Tab S Pro will have an internal storage of 32GB that is expandable via a microSD card.
In addition the Vine Report stated that the Tab S Pro will sport an 8-megapixels rear-facing camera while its front-facing camera will be at 2.1-megapixels. This device will be powered by a 5,700 mAh capacity battery. The tablet is anticipated to be huge at 451.8mm wide by 275.8mm tall, and will be 11.99mm thick.
If the supposed specs are to be believed, then the Galaxy Tab S Pro would come with features that are a significant step down from the ones found on the Galaxy Tab S2. There is no confirmation yet regarding its price but the company reportedly went with a less expensive array of features to control costs for the Galaxy View.
