"Sense8" season two doesn’t return until next year, but new developments about its characters have already emerged to keep the fans more interested in the new bunch of episodes. The sci-fi drama, which hails from J. Michael Straczynski, will tackle matters of the heart and relationships as soon as the 10-episode second season kicks off on Netflix.
As previewed by News Everyday, things between Rajan and Kala will start off on shaky grounds as another party will throw a monkey wrench into their relationship.
“Rajan Rasal, the fictional role played by Kohli is soon going to marry the love of his live, Kala. The latter, however, does not feel the same way about her fiancé and wants to get out of the stemming relationship. She is deeply in love with another sensate, Berliner Wolfgang and Rajan is probably unware of the concealed situation until now”, the site revealed.
On this note, fans should expect for Rajan to unleash his dark side – an arc which could potentially push the character to become one of season 2’s Big Bad. Furthermore, it remains to be seen as to whether reconciliation will be something the duo will be considering to fix their relationship.
Elsewhere, the new season will also find other characters facing problems of uncontrollable levels of desire. According to Vine Report, Riley will be seen projecting this storyline. “Riley will struggle with her growing love for Will (Brain Smith), but Ysra warns her of falling in love with someone within the cluster, saying "This is very dangerous. Love inside a cluster is pathological”, the site wrote.
Meanwhile, Sense8 is also set to introduce new characters on its forthcoming second run. Showrunner J. Michael Straczynski has revealed via The Christian Post that viewers should expect to meet other clusters as the series moves forward.
"Some of them will be more attuned to the commonality of being in a cluster, some will say, 'I'm hiding out, don't reveal me,' the value of not being seen. So not all Sense8s will be naturally good people. Some people with that ability might not be the best people. So there's a whole range of them,” the executive producer previewed.
"Sense8" will resume on Netflix sometime in 2016.
