Samsung Galaxy 7 and iPhone 7 will both introduce 3D Touch in 2016?

Samsung Galaxy 7 and iPhone 7 may seem to have something in common through its key feature. It is believed that both phones will introduce 3D Touch. This feature will enable the phone's screen or trackpad to respond differently according to various pressures. Other reports also specify each phone's unique features and specs.

Android Origin mentioned that Galaxy 7 will be released earlier than iPhone 7 in 2016, as the former will be launched in January or February and the latter will most likely be in the market shelves by September or October. Various reports specified the features of iPhone 7 and one of which is the decision of Apple to remove home button in its upcoming iPhone, Value Walk said.

BGR also mentioned that iPhone 7 will teamed up with Intel's 7630 LTE modem chip which can provide an LTE speed of 450 MB per second. Mac World also noted that iPhone 7 will come in 4.7 inches and a physical design that is close to iPhone 6 and 6S generations.

On the other hand, Galaxy 7 is believed to feature one of its patents which is a curve-like screen. It will also come with the latest USB Type-C which will enable faster charging speeds and data transfers for up to 10GB per second, Digital Times noted. This is in contrast of the previous protocols which are USB 2.0 and 3.0. Further, the report added that the phone will be supported by Exynos 7422, Exynos 8890 and/or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chips. It will also feature 3GB of RAM and 20MP ISOCELL camera. More so, the Galaxy 7 will come in 5.7 inches model and 5.8 inches model.

Meanwhile, Samsung and Apple have not commented about the features and specs of its new products. The companies have also no confirmation regarding its similar key feature. Enthusiasts will have to wait for further announcements from the smartphone companies.
