Bricked and Windows 8.1 Lumia 520/521 devices and problems receive fix from Microsoft
Microsoft issued a fix for owners of Lumia 520/521 who got their devices bricked when trying to revert back to Windows 8.1 after updating to the Windows 10 Technical Preview. The fix was confirmed by Gabriel Aul via a Twitter response to an inquirer.
