When "How To Get Away With Murder" resumes this Thursday, a new development from the Hapstall case will emerge. Meanwhile, the Oct. 29th installment will find Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) taking on a new case involving a transgender client. The episode, titled “Two Birds One Millstone”, is penned by Michael Foley.

According to the official episode description released by The Futon Critic, the sixth hour of the Shonda Rhimes-produced series will find Annalise working on a case where a transgender professor is accused of killing her husband.

In story B, viewers will learn another layer about the ongoing Hapstall case. While Annalise is busy dealing with her new client, expect for Connor (Jack Falahee) and co. to excavate some shocking information about the aforementioned case -- as they unveil another person’s identity to be pinned down as the new suspect.

These storylines can be previewed on the 1-minute sneak peek released by ABC via Youtube.

In minor arcs, the promo shared by The International Business Times hinted that Laurel (Karla Souza) is using her sexual relationship with Frank (Charlie Weber) to get information. The brief clip even warned of the ongoing theme of the season which is “Trust No One”.

The title of the episode, “Two Birds, One Millstone”, is also something fans should be keen about. Hypothetically, events that will unfold on Thursday may also have something to do with Asher Millstone – who in the recent episodes has become nothing but shady.

Should this episode prove to become an Asher-centric episode, then fans should definitely expect for fireworks. Afterall, Asher holds the key into keeping Annalise, Bonnie and the rest from facing jail time.

This episode of HTGAWM is slated to air on Thursday, Oct. 29th at 10PM on ABC.
