Scream Queens has plotted a blast from the past storyline for Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) when it resumes next Tuesday on FOX. Fans will also find pop singer Ariana Grande reprising her role as Chanel #2 in the same hour. This episode of Scream Queens is titled “Beware of Young Girls”.
According to the episode description released by The Futon Critic, Jamie Lee Curtis’ demented character will be forced to confront her past. Viewers should look out for the Dean facing a dire situation following a surprising event, ultimately pushing her to confront her ex-husband’s mistress.
It will be interesting for Scream Queens to unfold another layer to Dean Munsch’s story, as it will give followers a real sense of her motives against the Kappa Kappa Tau pledges.
To tease this arc, FOX also released a promo via Youtube where a stunned Dean gets arrested inside the campus. Other highlights from the brief clip include Chanel’s minions scheming a murder plot, Gigi becoming more hellbent on getting revenge, and a funeral where Chanel makes a scene.
In other developments, it has been reported by Entertainment Weekly that the cast have already read the script for the first season finale. However, the final act hasn’t been included to keep the mystery going for rest of the ensemble.
“We actually just got episode 13 and the last act is missing … they don’t want us to know,” actress Emma Roberts revealed.
“So I think we’ll be left until the last couple of days to find out who the killer is and why and what the setup’s gonna be for next year,” she continued.
After airing six episodes, fans still have not come up with a solid theory about who the Red Devil killer is. Moving forward, it will be a challenge for Ryan Murphy and Co. to keep the viewers’ interest intact each week. As for the loyal followers of Chanel Oberin, patience is the only the key to get them through until the finale.
