'Beauty and the Beast' leading lady Emma Watson, who plays Belle, wraps up filming her scenes. She is currently training to become a certified yoga instructor and admits that she is quite an enthusiast. The upcoming live-action adaptation of the classic Disney animated film will not feature any Broadway songs.

An article from RadioTimes reported that Watson has finished filming her scenes on the upcoming reboot directed by Bill Condon on August 21, 2015. She revealed that it was also the same exact date that she was cast as Hermione Granger in the popular 'Harry Potter' cinematic series. She said, "It's so weird... It's one of those full circle moments as I did my last day on Beauty and the Beast as Belle and I was driving home and saw stuff reminding me that it was fifteen years to the day that I was cast as Hermione."

The 25-year old English actress, model and activist was the breakout star of the 'Harry Potter' films. Since then, she has led an extraordinary career including finishing her studies in Brown University and earning herself a bachelor's degree in English literature. Watson said that her next project is to finish training to become a certified yoga teacher.

Meanwhile, composer Alan Menken revealed that no Broadway show songs have made it to the upcoming film even though it will feature some songs from the original animated musical from 1991. According to IGN, he said, "(None) of the songs from the Broadway made the film... I would've taken 'If I Can't Love Her,' but the problem is that was made for a very specific moment to end Act I of the Broadway show." He added that three new songs have been written specifically for the new movie including 'Forever More' and 'Days In The Sun'.

Menken garnered two of his eight Oscar wins from the animated musical film alone, according to Flick Reel. He will be returning to compose the songs for the 2017 reboot as well. The musical theater and film composer and pianist is best known for his work on the scores of numerous Disney animated films besides 'Beauty and the Beast'. These include 'The Little Mermaid', 'Aladdin', 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame', 'Hercules' and 'Pocahontas'.

'Beauty and the Beast' is scheduled to be released on March 17, 2017. It is an adaptation of the classic French fairytale of the same name by Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont. It stars Watson, Dan Stevens, Luke Evans, Evan McGregor, Emma Thompson, Ian McKellen and Stanley Tucci.
