While the Harry Potter fans are waiting for the release of the "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them" movie, details and sneak peeks are circulating around the internet world. The Harry Potter prequel film has revealed a glimpse of Newt Scamander.
On Wednesday, the Harry Potter fans have had a first glimpse of the set and some of the characters in the "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them" on Entertainment Weekly. The Oscar Award Winning actor, Eddie Redmayne, has taken the center stage as the renowned magizoologist Newt Scamander. The first photo portrayed Scamander with his suit, coat and essential briefcase in his hand.
Aside from the photos, the Fantastic Beast has also revealed the first official logo on their Twitter Media account on Tuesday. It was captioned as though they are hyping up the audiences' excitement for the upcoming Harry Potter spinoff trilogy film. "Prepare yourself for the beasts are coming....#FantasticBeasts @JK_Rowling #HarryPotter"
Unlike the present-day Harry Potter series, IGN insisted that the movie will have its own set of language and jargons about wizard-ing including the word "Muggle". Rowling has unveiled the American term equivalent for non-magical people as in "no-maj" pronounced as "no-madge" which means "no magic." These will be heard from the American wizards in the upcoming "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them" movie.
With Scamander's appearance and style, sources noted that he resembles Doctor Who and Benedict Cumberbatch's Sherlock Holmes. "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them" movie is based on J.K Rowling's novel which is set in New York in 1926.
The story follows 70 years before the famous Harry Potter enrols in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Furthermore, Scamander was the one who wrote a Hogwarts textbook regarding his rendezvous with the creatures.
Katherine Waterson as Porpentina "Tina" Goldstein, Alison Sudol as Queenie Goldstein and Dan Fogler as Jacob Kowalski will also be featured as seen in the images. David Yates' "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" is filming in Leavesden, United Kingdom.
