Former Mob wives star, Alicia DiMichele will plead guilty to larceny in August 2014, according to reports.

According to The New York Post, DiMichele is all set to plead guilty to embezzlement case by paying $40,000. Her lawyer has set a deal with her to plead guilty by paying the amount. She might face upto six months in jail.

The union demanded $2.8 million for payback from the scheme, but she backed out earlier. The two sides have now agreed upon - just $40,000 and she will plead mercy to the crime on August 14.

DiMichele, 40, was busted Colombo enforcer Edward "Tall Guy" Garofalo, for conducting larceny. The couple use to take off union pension funds from the defunct New Jersey trucking company they use to run.

Husband Garofalo plead guilty on a number of charges on murder-conspiracy and was sentenced to seven years in prison last year in Brooklyn federal court.

DiMichele resigned from VH1's Mob Wives this year after her long court procedures. She made $8,000 per episode while working for Mob wives.

According to Enstarz, there are rumors that the VH1 wants DiMichele to come back on the show because the show is 'boring' without her.

"The show is boring right now," the source told All About The Real Housewives. "The only storyline they have right now is Big Ang (Angela Raiola) with her grand babies. Renee (Graziano) hasn't filmed with any of the ladies. She is off with her sister Jenn (Graziano) trying to be famous and sell their cookbook.

"Producers are still reaching out to Alicia DiMichele to come back to the show," a source said. "They miss her, but she it's not happening right now. She's focusing on her family and has no desire to film."

The show is expected to premier this December.
