J.J. Abrams is not one to let information about "Star Wars: Episode VII" leak online, but perhaps the famously secretive director is slipping- this week, new information about the upcoming "Star Wars" sequel has popped up.
First comes the news that Daisy Ridley will not only be a part of next year's "Episode VII," but also the following "Episode VIII" and "Episode IX." Deadline reports that the actress is looking to reprise her role in the other two films of the trilogy, and according to their findings, that makes it extremely likely that RIdley is the main protagonist of "Episode VII."
Previous rumors have painted Ridley and co-star John Boyega as the film's two co-leads, but we'll see if Boyega gets a similar three-picture deal.
As well, another star, Domhnall Gleeson, described the secrecy in covering up the film's costume designs to Comingsoon.net:
"When you walk from your trailer to the set - you're in Pinewood Studios - you have to put on a big, black cloak thing to cover all of your clothes, like full length, 'cause they're worried about people seeing costumes and stuff. It's crazy."
Later, Gleeson joked about J.J. Abrams' usual level of secrecy.
"There's a guy in that window out there with a sniper rifle trained on you and another one that's trained on me right now and they can hear every word we're saying, and if you ask a question that disrespects the NDA there's just going to be a *poof*."
Finally the Telegraph has WWE star Sheamus up for a part in the next "Star Wars" outing. It sounds a little odd, but Sheamus has been tweeting about the film regularly, and the wrestler was recently found in Ireland, very close to where "Episode VII" is filming.
That odd rumor might not be so unbelievable after all.
