EXO members Suho and Baekhyun have left their MC positions in the SBS weekly music show, "Inkigayo."

The two idols, who hosted "Inkigayo" for 10 months, bid goodbye to the viewers during the show's broadcast on December 14. Soompi noted that the Suho and Baekhyun are stepping down from their positions as hosts to be able to prepare for EXO's upcoming comeback next year.

After the announcement of that week's winning artist, Suho shared his thoughts on his experience hosting the show. "Through 'Inkigayo,' I have met good people, learnt a lot, and made lots of meaningful memories, so I feel great. I will always strive to become a hard-working and polite Suho. Thank you," said the EXO leader.

Baekhyun, one of the group's main vocalists, also expressed his gratitude. "The previous year has been a fun experience, and I believe all of this is thanks to our fans. I will become a hard-working Baekhyun. Thank you," said the idol.

With teary eyes, the EXO members closed the show for the very last time with their co-MCs idol Kwanghee from ZE:A and young actress Kim Yoo Jung.

Moreover, hours before the show's final broadcast with Suho and Baekhyun, Kwanghee posted photos taken during his last script reading session with the two idols, Koreaboo reports.

Kwanghee posted the photos on his Instagram account, were the three idols are seen laughing on a sofa while holding their script. The caption reads, "Today the last reading with Suho and Baekhyun for Inkigayo. Suho cracked us up. He's so funny. Baek Hyun and I just laughed."

The ZE:A member also made another post showing a hilarious short video of him and Baekhyun pretending to be crying.

Meanwhile, the show has not yet announced who will be replacing the two EXO members hosting spot. For this week's "Inkigayo," Apink GD x Taeyang, and Sung Ski Kyung competed for the top spot, which was later given to Apink for "Luv."
