After Gwyneth Paltrow has allegedly given her blessing on ex-husband Martin and Lawrence's romance, the couple might make things official soon, Irish Independent reports. According to the article, Paltrow has apparently spoken up about the relationship and given it an approving nod, which had Lawrence wanting to take things to the next level.
A source tells Closer magazine: "Jen took Gwyneth's comments as the green light to go public with their relationship. She's persuading Chris to make things official." The insider also mentioned that the sneaking around has taken its toll on Lawrence, who feels like "she's doing something wrong."
Despite this, rumors about Paltrow and Martin taking another shot at their marriage have also been running rampant, with Paltrow allegedly trying to win back Martin by measuring up to Lawrence. Following a melt-down when news of Lawrence and Martin getting back together broke, Design & Trend shares that Paltrow has been more conscious about her. However, the source also notes that Paltrow is exercising and keeping herself fit for herself, not for Martin.
Lawrence and Martin reportedly rekindled their romance last month after the two were photographed eating sushi, reportedly.
Paltrow's friends are apparently looking for signs of a mid-life crisis in her, and a source says she is the most competitive in Hollywood. Also to look younger, Paltrow apparently took four hours to prepare for the Golden Globes.
Meanwhile, Martin allegedly feels torn. "He knows he could risk losing Jen if he doesn't make it official soon, but he's told her he is trying to tread carefully for Gwyneth's safe," reveals the insider. Despite the indecision about going public, Martin reportedly showers Lawrence with "gifts and romantic gestures."
The rumored couple is also apparently talking about their future.
