Fans of the open-world action adventure first person shooter game, "Far Cry 4," that had been playing the game in new generation consoles would be in for a treat as the game developer recently released the most awaited game patch for game consoles.
The latest game patch for "Far Cry 4" would resolve "a deadly respawn" issue at a certain "checkpoint location." Apart for several fixes, the patch would also introduce the "co-op on custom maps." The patch for the PC version had been available on December last year.
However, players on the PS4 and Xbox One should not fret since the patch would now be live for download by all the anticipating players. This was confirmed in the Ubisoft official forums, which released an update regarding the availability of the "Title Update 5" for "Far Cry 4" starting Feb. 04th.
The icing on the cake in the latest game patch would definitely be the ability of players to terraform their preferred maps in "Far Cry 4." It that would not be enough, the player could then invite friends, which could be slaughtered in the multiplayer mode while roving the newly created map.
Apart from the cool maps and the issue resolution mentioned earlier, there would also be minor bug fixespacked into the lastest "Far Cry 4" patch. In the Ubisoft Forum, the developers enumerated the bug fixes for all the platforms (PC, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3) where the game would be playable. Although Ubisoft wanted to go on releasing patches for the series, it also expressed interest in developing other popular franchise.
"Far Cry 4" would be centered in Ajay Ghale, whose mission was to carry his deceased mother's ashes back to their country Kyrat located in Nepal. Upon returing to his country, he discovered that it is under a military political crisis and he must choose which side he would join.
