Techland had recently launched the hard mode patch for "Dying Light" on March 10. In the game's latest upgrade, gamers would be expecting tougher zombies and additional weapons in their arsenal.
The hard mode patch for "Dying Light," a.k.a. Patch 1.4, would feature the hard mode level, which would open an additional tier in the weapon rarity level. Add to that, gamers who beat hard mode would be able to get extra rewards. New costumes and new weapons would also be introduced in the patch. What's best about the great features in this patch is that it would be for free and would be available in all platforms.
However, the hard mode patch would obviously offer more challenges for gamers. The nights would be longer in hard mode, the time when a variety of zombies come out to hunt. To keep the situation just a little more exciting, gamers would not be able to see volatiles on their mini maps. Then again, "Dying Light" developers designed hard mode so that it could be toggled on or off anytime during the game.
On the other hand, the Bozak Horde DLC that's set for release on May would be featuring a new location in Harran where gamers would be able to ride off on a dune buggy while pinning down zombies. Add to that, the DLC would also feature the Harran Stadium where gamers would be able to test their skills in maiming, amputating or annihilating zombies.
The great features in Bozak Horde DLC would certainly be worth the wait. For the time being, gamers could also check out the Ultimate Survivor Bundle DLC, which was launched the same day as the hard mode patch, based on a report from Gamespot. The DLC included weapons like Buzz Killer, the Constable, Lacerator and the Night Club.
"Dying Light" gamers could also check the season pass that would include the patch and the set of DLCs for the game.
