Selena Gomez and her blossoming relationship with DJ Zedd (Anton Zaslavski) was reportedly having troubles due to the former's obsession with her ex boyfriend, who is none other than the pop singer Justin Bieber. However, the allegations seem loosely based on mere gossip as no proof of a rendezvous between the ex lovers had been confirmed yet.
In fact, the new lovebirds had been really into each other the past few months. In her latest radio interview, the 22-year-old singer revealed the qualities she looked for in a man, telling the host Alli Simpson: "Honesty, of course trust, being faithful, making me laugh, those are all the dream right?" There had been speculations that she was subtly referring to her ex's infidelity.
Gomez have yet to confirm her relationship with the 25-year-old DJ and music producer, but the frequency with which they hang out and the air about them all point towards that conclusion. They had been having romantic dinners together, posting intimate pictures of themselves in Instagram, held hands, and even worked in the same studio once. While it may not yet be official, the couple are quickly becoming an item.
Last March, the 22 year old songstress became the butt of several cruel jokes on Comedy Central's Justin Bieber Roast. Their relationship was greatly publicized when they were still together. It seems Selena was greatly infuriated by the event. The experience is probably related to why she and new beau are staying on the down low, according to a Hollywood Life report.
Nonetheless, the two lovebirds are certainly heating things up! Just recently, the pair collaborated on the song, along with its accompanying music video, "I Want You to Know". They're also working on their separate careers and projects while sparking motivations for each other. The couple are steadily working their way up the music industry ladder.
