'Arrow' Spoilers Revealed Through Star Colton Haynes? Character Death, Season Finale Hints Dropped

By

Last night's Arrow was a doozy, wasn't it? Public Enemy had a ton of twists and turns in it (which we'll refrain from spoiling, just in case you haven't seen it yet), but already Colton Haynes, who stars on Arrow as Roy Harper, aka Arsenal, is teasing fans with hints at massive spoilers to come later in the season.

Want to find out what Haynes was saying? Who are we kidding- if you've read this far, of course you do. Let's continue.

So according to TVLine, the upcoming 65th episode of Arrow, titled Broken Arrow, is set to house a few massive spoilers and some serious downers for Arrow fans. But don't get all twisted up just yet- according to Colton Haynes, the reports of the episode being a tearjerked might have been slightly exaggerated. Here's what Haynes said: "I don't think it's as serious as everyone took it. It was just a very emotional scene" in the episode in question. "We will be saying goodbye to people," Haynes continued, "but I think it was just kind of blown out of proportion."

That's probably a relief, in case you were worried that Roy (or perhaps Diggle) was headed to an early grave this season. Of course, for all we know, Haynes is playing coy and trying to throw us off the trail- and someone will be dying in Broken Arrow. You never know.

As well, David Ramsay, who plays Diggle on the series, spoke on where his character is heading as the show (and the Arrow/CW universe in general) becomes more superpowered.

"He doesn't have a problem with Ray, who is compelled by something, a higher purpose, that Diggle as a person tunes into. But Ray's not trained, and a part of the criticism he has for Ray is the same one he has for Laurel Lance as Black Canary. Because while it's honorable what compells Laurel, Diggle feels that, like Atom, she needs to be better trained before she can be super-effective in Starling City."
