Vision Takes The Spotlight With Official Magazine Cover For "Age of Ultron" And Is Thanos Making An Appearance?

By

Avengers: Age of Ultron is now on its final home stretch before the much-anticipated sequel hits the big screen. Marvel Studios and Walt Disney Studios ramped up further their marketing machine with an official unveiling of one more android character named Vision.

Recently, fans were teased with the final "Age of Ultron" official trailer which had the aforementioned Black Widow as the center of attention. Now, fans have a certified meticulous representation of the superhero portrayed by actor Paul Bettany. In one of the four-different covers for Entertainment Weekly's Summer Movie Preview, the debuting Vision graces the collectible issue along with the Hulk and Black Widow.

In spite of all the excessive leaked promotional art and marketing materials along with toy images, Vision is probably one of the most enigmatic individuals to join the growing roster of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The marketing materials for the movie suggests that he was created by both Tony Stark and Dr. Bruce Banner. Despite being an android, Vision will have a change of heart and will eventually fight alongside the Avengers to stop a technological apocalypse hell-bent on wiping humans off the face of the earth.

In other related news, another villain but this time of intergalactic origin is reported to appear once more in this current MCU outing. Thanos first exhibited his evil presence in a non-speaking cameo for 2012's The Avengers and in 2014's Guardians of the Galaxy with veteran actor Josh Brolin menacingly portraying "The Mad Titan". The "hearsay" came from an unverified "SuperheroHype" user, who claimed to have a full list with the veteran actor cast as "Thanos".

Avengers: Age of Ultron, directed by Josh Whedon will finally hit the cinemas in April 13, 2015.
