"Empire" has been renewed for season two and with season one's success, almost everyone in Hollywood wants to star in the Fox hit series. Naomi Campbell, who plays sexy cougar Camilla Marks on "Empire" revealed that she will back for season two.
"I'll be wearing Burberry on the show, so you'll be seeing that," Naomi Campbell revealed to Extra.
Campbell, who plays the role of Camilla Marks on "Empire," admitted that people nowadays recognize her as Camilla. The 44-year-old model, however, revealed that being Camilla has its advantages, especially at the airport, where she recalled that being recognized as Camilla gets her in front of the line.
Campbell also admitted that she had a hard time doing steamy love scenes in front of people and said that modeling was far from acting. "My first day, I was like, 'Do I really have to get on a pool table and start making out?' and I was very shy. Modeling is my job, I know, but it's different when you're doing action in front of people," she confessed.
Campbell's onscreen partner Bryshere Gray, however, revealed to Entertainment Tonight that he did not feel intimidated when he did the love scene with Campbell. "I didn't freak out. I kept it cool," he said.
Meanwhile, Jussie Smollett revealed to E! News that "That's So Raven" star Raven-Symone will be back on "Empire" as a guest star. Raven-Symone played a guest-starring role in season one as Olivia Lyon. The 29-year-old actress would be reprising her role as the ex-wife of Jamal. Olivia is also the mother of a girl who was allegedly fathered by the "black sheep" in the Lyon family.
Taraji P. Henson, who plays Cookie, also revealed to the outlet that they are already looking for her onscreen partner. Henson confessed that she hopes her character's love interest will be Tyrese come season 2 of Fox's "Empire."
