Empire Season 2 returns on Fox Television this fall with guest stars Alicia Keys,Chris Rock, and Lenny Kravitz. The show has been renewed for 18 episodes in the fall.

"Empire" returns with all new episodes for Season 2 this coming fall. Fox chairman and CEO Gary Newman teased fans that season two will "blow" them away along with the addition of big names in Hollywood as guest stars. Season 2 will have a total of 18 episodes, which the network plans on splitting into two halves to give way for a midseason finale.

The second season of the new Fox hit show, Empire, will see the characters of the Lyons' couple's assistants putting in more time on the show. Ta'Rhonda Jones who plays assistant to Taraji P. Henson's Cookie and Gabourey Sidibe who plays aide to Terence Howard's Lucious have been promoted to regular cast members on Empire Season 2.

Empire star Taraji P. Henson who plays Cookie Lyon eyes on Tyrese Gibson as her love interest for the second season as Jamal remains in jail. Moreover, show creator Lee Daniels expresses his interest to star Lenny Kravitz, Denzel Washington and Oprah for the sequel of the hit FOX series.

"Empire" is already gearing up for season two and model-turned-actress Naomi Campbell revealed that she will be back on set as the sexy cougar Camilla Marks. Taraji P. Henson also admitted that they are already looking for a love interest for her character, Cookie. Henson hopes that her character will be paired with Tyrese.
