'Mortal Kombat X': Tips on how to unlock items in the Shrine of the Dead for the UK's number one selling game

By

Fans of "Mortal Kombat X" can rejoice because there are now tips available for unlocking the many items found in the Shrine of the Dead.

The Krypt inside "Mortal Kombat X" may be the most difficult part of the game, but for players who truly want to have everything, they know that it is just another part of the game they need to conquer and that includes its Shrine of the Dead. To get started, people need to go to the Dead Woods Cemetery and then pinpoint the Shrine's location using the coordinates -11, 13, according to Shack News. In order to get to those coordinates however, they will need to call on Jax and his trusty rocket launcher to blast open the entrance which is situated at -11, 11.

Once players are in the Shrine of the Dead, they can start gambling away the Koins they have in order to obtain the items exclusively only to that part of "Mortal Kombat X." In related news, it looks as though all the hype built around the release of "Mortal Kombat X" has not been for naught as the game has been an overwhelming commercial success.

For the second week in a row, "Mortal Kombat X" reigns atop the UK all-format chart in terms of sales, according to Gamereactor. The game managed to hold off "Grand Theft Auto V," "Battlefield: Hardline," and the hard-charging "Minecraft: Playstation Edition" for the top spot with those other three games finishing in the second, third, and fourth spots respectively.

"Mortal Kombat X" had already previously set a record for being the fastest selling game in the history of the franchise when it was released the week before, according to Gamespot. The game figures to face an uphill challenge when it comes to claiming the top spot for a third consecutive week considering overall sales for the title have already dropped by 64%, according to Playstation Lifestyle.
