Grimm Season 5 Preview: Will fans see Juliette's return? Captain Renard resurrection case in point, NBC series showrunners tease possibility

By

A Grimm Season 5 preview is surely what fans need the most right now as the fourth season has recently came to terms. The 22nd episode entitled, "Cry Havoc" left with one big mystery - whether Juliette is still alive or if she is gone for good. Certainly, a sneak peek on a teaser would calm eager questions on this matter.

In terms of the NBC series' general performance, CarterMatt remarks that it does not necessarily receive wowing ratings. However, it is quite expected as Grimm airs every Friday. Speculations say that it will last until a sixth season as this is the mark when contracts for cast members usually end. Another reason to support this claim would be that the possibility for more stories can still stretch for a couple of years ahead.

The way Grimm ended its 4th season is very unexpected, as one of the main characters, Juliette, had to face her death. While Nick had hesitations to kill her, as a means to avenge his mother's murder, he just couldn't take things to the end. This is when Juliette transforms into a hexenbiest; but before causing any more damage against Nick, Trubel saves him with two shots from a crossbow after saying, "Goodbye Juliette."

Has Nick's love really gone? As reported in IBTimes, there is still a possibility of return as the history of Grimm might repeat the same way with Captain Renard's comeback during the past season. This probability is kept a tight-lipped matter, particularly by the cast as well as the show's producers.

Over on Twitter, Bitsie Tulloch, who portrays Juliette, posts, "Thank you #Grimmsters, for everything. What a season! I am so grateful for @NBCGrimm's loyal, terrific fans and to @NBC for giving us life!" As for the showrunners, Jim Kouf tries to tease fans with a downer when he says, "Juliette is dead... Sure looks like it." However, he follows on TV Line saying, "You don't know what's going to happen."

Co-showrunner David Greenwalt added on the same interview, "Anything could happen... We decided to go a different way." This only shows how fans cannot really peg what will happen for the series until something more concrete is revealed.

Fans should look forward to the Grimm season 5 preview to have an idea on some of the top questions they have about the coming season. At the same time, check for more updates once in a while for new leaks on the plot and cast, among other things.
