Colton Haynes recently left his superhero sidekick role in "Arrow" and rumor has it that he will be reprising his role as villain-turned-werewolf in "Teen Wolf." The actor also sparked dating rumors between him and his former "Arrow" co-star Emily Bett Rickards following a series of Instagram posts.
"Teen Wolf" season 5 will see the addition of several new faces and characters, as the pack begins to enter their senior year. While new characters are set to arrive in Beacon Hills, a familiar face is rumored to return for season five and join Scott and the rest of the pack, as they battle against new villains.
Colton Haynes is rumored to reprise his role in "Teen Wolf." Haynes appeared in the TV series as the villainous Kanima and departed from the series in season two. Many fans were left heartbroken when Haynes announced that he will no longer be back for season three. Even Haynes' co-stars, Crystal Reed and Tyler Posey admitted that they were shocked when they heard that Haynes will not be joining them for season three.
"I didn't think it was actually gonna happen...it was shocking for me," Reed told The Hollywood Reporter.
Posey revealed that Haynes has been considering leaving the series since the end of the first season, but did not believe that it was going to happen. Dylan O'Brien, on the other hand, wished him good luck and said that he and Haynes will remain as good friends.
Meanwhile, Haynes is also involved in another rumor; but this time, it's a dating rumor with his former "Arrow" co-star Emily Bett Rickards. The actor, who once played Roy/Arsenal, posted a series of photos with Rickards on his Instagram page, which sparked rumors that he and Rickards are dating.
Haynes referenced to Rickards as his "boo" in one of their photos together while on a vacation in Greece. The actor also said that he was a "Happy guy in the world" sitting next to Rickards. Both Haynes and Rickards have not yet confirmed or denied the dating rumors.
"Teen Wolf" Season 5 premieres on June 29 on MTV.
