Disney Animation will not be releasing a film this year but they will be coming back on 2016 as they will be showing the movie "Zootopia." A first look at the movie has been revealed recently as a promotional poster showing the characters of the film was released by the company.

Disney Animation's "Zootopia" was first revealed during the D23 Expo held last March 2013 and the movie is basically about the animal kingdom. According to USA Today, the movie will be out on March 4, 2016 and it will be featuring Jason Bateman and Ginnifer Goodwin as the voices of the lead characters. A promotional concept art made rounds online and it has been getting positive reactions.

The film is about a con artist fox identified as Nick Wilde, voiced by Bateman, and a rookie rabbit cop named Judy Hopps, voiced by Goodwin. The movie is based on the "Robin Hood" flick of Disney regarding the setting. The story centers on the two lead characters who are very different from each other and have different ideals. However, they become friends in the very crowded animal kingdom, Slash Film reports.

In the concept art released, Nick Wilde intentionally trips Judy Hopps and it already gives the idea to the fans of Disney Animation on what people will be expecting during the movie. The plot of the film is basically about Wilde the fox framed for a crime he did not commit and the top cop, Hopps, will be trying to catch him. The moral of the story will be two different animals teaming up and discovering they could be friends despite being natural enemies.

The animated film was directed by Tangled director Byron Howard alongside Wreck-It Ralph's creator Rich Moore. Moore shared that the character of Bateman is a funny and heartfelt side of the fox while the character of Goodwin shows how sweet and how great the sense of humors the cop has.

Bateman also talked about the characters saying that the fox is a crafty and sarcastic schemer while the rabbit is mistaken for being stupid and naive but people will see how the bunny is not dumb at all.
