Hardcore fans of the massively popular action RPG, Dragon Age Inquisition, must be hyped as Bioware brings the all-new 'The Descent' DLC, an exciting expansion following the recent release of Spoils of Qunari pack. What's more delightful news is that the game is the latest big addition to EA Access Vault on Xbox One which makes it playable for free to all members.
GameSpot reports that the new DLC to arrive for Dragon Age Inquisition called 'The Descent' will be hitting Xbox One, PS4, and PC platforms on August 11. This expansion sees players to take adventure into Darkspawn's deepest dungeon to fight fierce creatures and also unravel a mystery that will cause a tremble to the depths of the Earth.
'The Descent' DLC, however, will not be anymore launched to last gen consoles as what Bioware had announced earlier Dragon Age: Inquisition new content will only be available to current gen. The developer has not revealed yet how much will the players pay for this add-on.
In the announcement trailer, the caption reads, "Descend into Dragon Age's deepest dungeon. In this story, a perilous journey through darkspawn-infested caverns awaits the Inquisition. Venture underground to solve one of Thedas's greatest mysteries."
Meanwhile, the other exciting news from Bioware is that Dragon Age: Inquisition is now accessible in EA Access on Xbox One and this connotes that all subscribers can play the title for free. All in all, the EA Access library has increased the count of playable free games to thirteen which also include FIFA 15, Titanfall, and Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare, according to God is a Geek.
The EA Access is currently made available on Xbox One where those who are interested for a subscription shell out $5/month or $30/year. The benefits in the membership include price-offs on EA digital content as well as early access to future game releases.
For those uninformed, 'Spoils of Qunari' pack has been released last week prior to Bioware's announcement of 'The Descent' DLC arrival this coming Tuesday. In this addition, gamers can customize player-run base with Qunari race- inspired props including personalization items for Skyhold found in Spoils of the Qunari.
"The Spoils of the Qunari content pack adds new items to your Inquisition, inspired by the style of Par Vollen! Bring the Qun to Skyhold with several options that represent your dedication to discipline, from a massive warrior throne to various sculptures honoring the Qunari people," reveals Bioware.
Also, items like new armor sets and armored mount have been added to provide players a hand to traverse different zones in Dragon Age: Inquisition.
The Dragon Age Inquisition 'The Descent' DLC arrives August 11 next week to Xbox One, PS4, and PC platforms while Bioware is revealed working on a huge story-based dlc which gamers have been wanting to be introduced in the game.
