The highly anticipated Xenoblade Chronicles X will be coming to North America very soon in an exlusive Special Edition bundle. The Nintendo-exlcusive game is set to launch on December 4 for Wii U systems.
The announcement came through the official Nintendo America Twitter account last Saturday, August 29. Since its initial release in Japan last April, Monolith Soft's Xenoblade Chronicles X has been gathering enough following in the East and West to make it one of the biggest and most anticipated game of 2015. The Special Edition bundle comes exclusively to North America on December 4.
The Xenoblade Chronicles X Special Edition bundle comes packed with tons of goodies that justify the steep $90 price. The Wii U exclusive Special Edition is bundled with a copy of the Xenoblade Chronicles X game, an Art book filled to the brim (more than 100 pages) with gorgeous concept art, a Xenoblade Chronicles X soundrack loaded on a unique "Lifehold Unit" USB drive, and a limited edition matte 5" x 7" art card of a painting done by game illustrator Takashi Kojo.
Following the North American launch announcement, Nintendo has also released an official Survival Guide Youtube video on August 31 which aims to help out players in navigating the vast, open world environment of the game. The first of five episodes, the video features different aspects of the game, answering basic FAQs that first-time players may eagerly be wanting to know. Episode 1 deals out the basics such as the environment, mission guide, the eight divisions to choose from, earning money for upgrades, basic game mechanics and navigation, and an overall highlight of surviving the initial Xenoblade Chronicles X gameplay. Subsequent episodes will be released in the coming months prior to the official December 4 launch.
Xenoblade Chronicles X is exclusive for Wii U systems and will be coming to North America on December 4, 2015. The special edition release of the game will also feature a sound track, an artbook and more surprised for its fans.
