Today, Apple's newest mobile operating system has been officially released. The iOS 9 is expected to be available in iDevices. However, after some attempts of Apple users to download iOS 9, it failed repeatedly. It's not a great start for iOS 9, though.
Nearly after 100 days in beta testing, iOS 9 has finally arrived today. Due to some unknown reasons, the new operating system seems to be problematic, which causes numerous outbursts from Apple users in social media.
Apple users cannot be blamed with their sudden anger because they have been waiting for this update for a long time. And now that the official release date has come, they are having hard time downloading the iOS 9.
The message that reads on iPhones and iPads is "Software Update Failed. An error occurred downloading iOS 9." However, after some hours of waiting, Apple users said that they have already gotten the new operating system.
As previously reported by VCPost, the iOS 9 is Apple's most-advanced operating system by far. iOS 9 makes all iDevices more intelligent and proactive with powerful search and improved Siri features, while protecting each user's privacy. A lot of performance advancements and great built-in applications are included in the latest operating system, which Apple users can definitely enjoy.
Apple has also patched 102 security vulnerabilities to iOS 9. Its installation size is reduced to 1.4GB in order to address the problem of last year's iOS 8. In addition, the iOS 9 highlights improved battery life for iDevices, a low-power mode that adds up to three hours of usage, smarter Siri, enhanced multitasking feature for the latest iPads, upgraded Maps and Notes, and the inclusion of News and QuickType.
As of the moment, Apple has not released a statement regarding the problem that occurred to iOS 9 earlier yet. Nonetheless, this new mobile operating system is still shaping up to be a great success. Go download it now!
